Pumpkin Day

Brinley and I had a pumpkin day last week before our trip to the pumpkin patch. We did some fun pumpkin themed activities like a counting pumpkin puzzle, comparing and contrasting apples with pumpkins, the 5 Little Pumpkins poem, a felt jack o lantern.  We ended our morning with a pumpkin muffin tin lunch consisting of a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin, jack o lantern mandarin oranges, carrots, cantaloupe pumpkins, halloween mac and cheese, and sweet potato. It was lots of fun!
