Christmas Eve 2012

First off on Christmas Eve, we attended the service at our church.  I really love doing this to keep our focus on what Christmas is really all about.  Our church had an early "family friendly" service.  They provided coloring books and crayons for the kids, had a cute little children's sermon, and showed some videos on a kid level.  It was a great service.

Cason was a trooper and did great through the whole service.  We were asked to help start the lighting of the candles for the candlelight portion of the service and we were worried that Cason would cry while we were both holding an open flame, but he pulled through and did great!
After the service we went over to Papa and Bebe's for dinner and gifts.  Brinley again took the reigns on gift distribution.
My only pic of my sweet little Christmas munchkins.  Cheese!!

Granny got Brinley a Cinderella gown and she didn't take it off for the next 24 hours or so.
Uncle John had some bonding time with his new nephew.

As soon as John was finished holding Cason, you know Granny was next in line!
We stayed too late and had to drag two very tired kiddos home to bed but we had a wonderful time. This is one of those times that I am grateful to live close to family!
