Snow Fun!

First and foremost, this day requires a little flashback photo...same hat, but no longer a baby!

Well, I was excited that the snow finally arrived and that we could do some playing outside. We got all bundled up-

and headed out once this morning while Rocky was at work, but we didn't make it much farther than the front porch.

Brinley was fine about the snow- not thrilled and not hating it.

She was ready to go inside pretty quick though!

After nap, Rocky was home so we headed out again. He wasn't too enthusiastic because he just isn't a fan of cold weather, but he was a team player nonetheless. He tried to build a snowman but when he found the snow too fluffy to pack, be just resorted to making snowballs and challenging himself to hit various things in the yard and surrounding area. Such a boy.

Brinley was happy as a clam in her swing. She has been begging to get in it for weeks now and it has just been too cold.

We pushed her for a while, then she was happy to just sit there and watch her parents act like children.

I was bound and determined to build a snowman, and that is just what I did. She isn't the biggest or the most sturdy, but I think she turned out pretty darn cute!

Brinley was enamored with our snowgirl. She kept giving her kisses and even cried when we had to go inside and leave her out in the cold.
